I have this running joke with my friends where I say, “Of course, I would fuck a doughnut for an obscene amount of money.” So, when I saw this cruller-shaped sex toy, it was a bit of providence. I really wanted to like this onahole; I was looking forward to it for a while. Unfortunately, the Coromo Hida Onahole by G Project is not as satiating as its pastry counterpart might be. Let me get right into it.

The size is pretty big. Based on the promotional photos, I had thought that this would have a bit more structure. The full circumference is a bit larger than a soda can, but without sufficiently dense material inside, it collapses in the middle under its own weight. This makes it a bit hard to handle with one hand as I try to wrestle it into use. Once, I tried using my other hand to lift the back, but insertion was a bit of a feat. Why? Well, let’s move on to the opening for that.

The opening of this toy is pretty small. A lot of people would think this is a positive trait. Small means tight, right? Well, yeah, but only kind of. The circumference is small. This is known as a drawstring-style onahole. But, the thickness of the material surrounding the opening — the doughnut hole, if you will — is also very thin and not very suitable for the stress of being used as a sex toy. I can feel where it is when using it, it doesn’t really feel good. The thin material in this spot also means it’s a structural weak point. So, while you struggle to keep its structural integrity, you actively ruin that process by simply trying to use the toy for its intended purpose.

The front material isn’t the only unfortunately thin material. A lot of onaholes like to advertise a dual layer. The Coromo Hida is one of these. This second material is so thin, I barely feel the ridges intended for my pleasure; they might as well not even be there.

If that was it and those were the only problems I had, I would be fine with owning a just-alright sex toy. But. Those same two problem areas tore way too easily. I take very good care of my toys. There should be no reason why both the opening and the inside second layer tear and start to come apart after two or three uses. Certainly not at this price point.

These images above were taken after I first noticed the damage after round two or three with the cruller. I gave it a few more tries over time hoping that maybe this wouldn’t affect performance. It only exacerbated the damage further, as you can imagine, leaving a torn mess that I didn’t really feel like taking pictures of.

How would I fix it? I think it would be a nice touch to extend those ridges on the front to the actual opening. That would give the orifice a unique feel while the rigidity is benefited by the extra material and interlocking folds of the pattern.

Finally, let’s look at some redeeming qualities. I very much enjoy the softness here. I am also very glad to have finally found a toy where I can bottom out and not have my tip stretching out through the back. I was very sad when the rest of it wouldn’t work out.
